These terms cover your use of the M&M Scales website. By using the site, you agree to them. Any work we do for you as a client will be covered by a separate agreement, which takes priority over these terms if they conflict.

About us

M&M Scales is a marketing agency providing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising and marketing strategy services to businesses.

Free trial

New clients may be offered a 30-day free trial of our management services. During the trial we do not charge a management fee. You are responsible for your advertising spend, which is paid directly to Meta or through the payment method on your ad account. Trial eligibility, start date and scope are confirmed with you before any campaign launches. We may change or end the trial offer for new clients at any time.

Results

Results described on this site, including our past work growing a retail store's TikTok following and revenue, reflect specific past situations. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, budget and platform changes. We do not guarantee any particular result.

Third-party platforms

Our services rely on platforms run by others, including Meta. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their decisions, such as ad approvals, account restrictions or changes to how their platforms work.

Use of this website

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, or submit false or harmful information through our forms.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, design and branding, belongs to M&M Scales unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.
